Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
  • Opened baby care items
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
